We take great pride in the quality of our candles. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To request a return, please contact us with details of the issue. Approved items must be sent back for inspection within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs upfront; however, return shipping costs will be refunded after inspection and confirmation of a faulty product.
Once the returned product has been received and evaluated, a replacement candle will be issued at no cost, including complimentary shipping. We do not charge restocking fees.
At this time, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any other reasons. Please note: items from our designated final sale collection are not eligible for return.
