Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Parkhart Studio in San Diego, California.

Processing time

Prints and candles ship within 2–4 business days of your order. Original paintings ship within 3–5 business days, as each is packed individually.

United States

• Orders $50 and over: free shipping.
• Orders under $50: flat $6 shipping.

Domestic orders ship via USPS and typically arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

International

We ship to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and a number of other countries via USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

How your order is packed

• Prints 14 × 11 inches and smaller ship flat in a rigid mailer, protected by a clear sleeve.
• Prints 22 × 16 inches and larger ship rolled in a sturdy, crush-resistant tube, which protects the paper far better than a flat mailer at that size. Unroll and let the print rest flat for a day or two before framing.
• Original paintings ship flat and unframed, with the surface protected by glassine and rigid backing on both sides.
• Candles are wrapped individually and cushioned in the box.
